What we take on

Four main strands of work, for homes and businesses across West Lancashire, West Yorkshire and North Yorkshire. If your job does not fit neatly into one of them, ring and ask anyway.

House clearance

One room or the whole property. We take out furniture, appliances, personal effects and general household clutter, work around anything you are keeping, and sweep up after ourselves. Bereavement and probate clearances are handled quietly and at your pace.

Courier work

Collection and delivery across the region, from a single parcel to a van load of furniture. Useful when a national courier will not take the item, cannot give you a time, or you would rather one person handled it door to door.

Commercial clearance

Offices, shops, units and rental properties emptied with as little disruption as possible. We work with landlords and estate agents on void properties and can usually fit around tenancy dates and opening hours.

Waste removal

General and bulky waste taken away and disposed of legally. Often cheaper and quicker than a skip for a one-off load, with no permit to arrange and no skip sat on your drive for a week.

Recycling and responsible disposal

We would rather find a second home for something than tip it. The vast majority of what we collect is reused or recycled: usable furniture and goods go to local reuse outlets, metals, wood, textiles and electricals are separated, and only what genuinely cannot be salvaged goes for disposal.
