Often within a few days, and sometimes sooner. We keep a bit of slack in the diary for urgent jobs, so it is always worth asking even at short notice.

A few things need specialist handling, such as asbestos, chemicals, gas bottles and some fridges and freezers. Mention them when you call and we will tell you what we can do or point you in the right direction.

Not necessarily. Plenty of customers leave us a key or access instructions and we get on with it. We will agree that beforehand and keep you posted while we work.
